Victoria Williams is the mother of Linda and she is quite bossy. She cares a lot about her daughter, giving her all she wants, but angrying with her when she loses.

- She went to the Council Institute and Augusto Ferrari was one of her teachers.
- As seen in episode 30, Victoria celebrated her graduation party in 1995, 20 years before Season 2 events.
- As her daughter Linda, she also had 2 close friends that replied to her. In this case they said "super ovvio" and "assolutissimamente". In the English dub they just say "obviously" and "absolutely" because it's difficult to find an acccurate translation.
- Victoria Williams, David and Jody are the only characters that only appear in Season 2.
